WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENTMost executive coaching certification programs
miss the dual skill clients need. We develop them.
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF TEAM DYNAMICSStandard programs stay on the behavioral surface. The Advanced Method targets the unconscious currents, such as team defenses, scapegoating, and collective regression. This is where high-stakes leadership failure actually occurs.
COMPLEXITY MANAGEMENTMost teams treat complex problems as merely complicated, stalling out in endless debate. Claristrat integrates the Cynefin framework so leaders can match decision-making style to reality instead of remaining puzzlingly ineffective.
SYSTEMIC RESILIENCE & CHANGE We scale systems thinking to decode three critical realities: collective feedback loops, external organizational dynamics, and the senior leader’s developmental ceiling. These pillars unlock what is possible.

-
Executive coaching is the skillset required for, and respective practice of, coaching clients holding executive leadership positions at their organizations. Team coaching is exercised when the client is a leadership team instead of an individual leader. Team coaches are best equipped to optimize the dynamics and effectiveness of boards, ELTs and functional leaders as a group.
-
Yes, in addition to delivering on all the requirements for the PCC certification, this program also prepares graduates for their ACTC if they so desire the additional credential.
-
Most senior leaders begin with the Professional Certificate in Systemic Coaching (the ACC path). It is the entry point to the Claristrat Method™ and the foundation every other level builds on. The Advanced Certificate (PCC) is for credentialed coaches (or those ready to commit to the longer haul) looking to work systemically with leaders and the organizations they lead through.
-
All Claristrat programs have been designed to meet their respective ICF level requirement through the portfolio path. Faculty supervision and full application documentation are included.
-
ACC, PCC, and ACTC are three credential levels of the International Coach Federation. Each one represents a deeper standard of coaching practice (including documented hours), mentorship or supervision, and ethical discipline. The Claristrat path mirrors these levels and adds the systemic and developmental depth standard programs omit.
-
No prior coaching experience is required for the Professional or Advanced Certification paths. Prior coaching experience is welcome and respected, and the method is taught from the foundation. Note that 20+ years of senior leadership experience are required for every Claristrat program.
-
Several Claristrat coaches have had their certifications sponsored by their employer through L&D budget allocation. We provide documentation to support an internal business case. For team sponsorships and co-delivery arrangements, contact us for an overview of our Corporate Programs.
-
The method is fully structured around the latest ICF Core Competencies published in 2025. Every asynchronous and live session in the program aligns to the specific competency markers the ICF will measure your coaching expertise upon. Graduates leave with the documented evidence required for their desired ICF application.
